How come some email pictures don't come thru?? i think it's my settings?

It's possible that the email is being blocked by a Spam folder. Most e-mail programs have a seperate folder for spam. Unless you mark an e-mail adress as not being spam, it will put emails that look supicious into this folder. All you need to do is tell your e-mail that it is not spam. Usually all you have to do is open the email and then there will be a button that says not spam. This all depends on what email you are using.
