i need to use 3 different email addresses and therefore use windows mail as a catch-all... trouble is i've just moved to a new flat where AOL are the isp and when working at home need to be able to send email aswell, i can't configure it to sent via their smpt though... i'm technically on USER@dialbb.com if that makes a difference?
Rang Aol and they can't help because its not an aol email address or aol software (its their server but they aren't trained in that apparently!!)
All i want to do is send email when at the flat using the same program i use when in various offices...
If no one knows AOL's settings maybe theres another solution like a localhost program but i've never found them very reliable and as its business i need to know an email gets through

SMTP settings to use you own email via Windows Mail if AOL (who don't help) are your ISP ?
Dialbb will have an SMPT server, something like getmail.dialbb.com
Ask them if you don't know what it is.
See if you can ping it. If you can then you shouldn't have to worry about using AOL's server.

It is nice information for aol settings. One must give a chance to 25dollarsupport.com, which is the best option in present crowded market. Quite dependable and cost effective..
