My email that are deleted are never gone to trash folder what shopuld i do to change settings of trash?

if email is deleted from inbox none of them go to trash and also none of them go to trash by bulk folder too

are you useing a e-mail program, such as out look? or are you just going right to your provider? Either way, the e-mail trash folder resides on the service's mail server. There is really no direct way to get the e-mail on to your computer, unless you are useing your own e-mail server (own being, you have the server set up under your desk). All aspects of your e-mail account remain on your providers server.
