i've sent off several resumes, without hearing back at all. i don't want to pester them, so i just want to receive confirmation that someone has indeed opened it, i've seen it on other sites, but can't seem to find it on yahoo!, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

Y does not have that function. Use the signature and request one.
Reply:In outlook you can request a receipt, but other then that, I am not sure. HTML based mail like Yahoo can't.
Personally, I wouldn't get a receipt from a potential employer. You want to show that you trust them. You may just need to revise your resume to make it more attractive.
