When i get an email the time is 4 hours off. all of my time settings in my cp are right except for my email?

If the email comes from another Yahoo user, the mail carries a time stamp according to the Yahoo servers on the west coast of N.America. This is the default time stamp for all Yahoo mails and cannot be changed.
